We use USPS for shipping of your product. Production time currently is 10-12 days. Remember your bottle is made-to-order only for you so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. We ask that you please be patient!

Shipping can be added to any item and we utilized USPS flat rate shipping on most items. Sadly we do not ship outside of the contiguous 50 states.

The bottles are easy to HAND wash. This is what we recommend in order to keep your bottle in the best condition. We do not recommend that you SOAK  these customized items. Also please don't utilize abrasive elements on them either.

- No Scrubbing, No Soaking, the items are NOT Microwave safe, and do not expose your tumbler to extreme temperatures for long periods of time or open flames.
